Was it my fault?” Thinking only the negative and not the positive seems to be the easiest thoughts that come to mind. In addition, meeting a biological sibling can be a lot of pressure, always wondering “Will she like me? What if she doesn’t want anything to do with me?” Having a biological sibling isn’t easy, finding out that there are people in a human being’s life that they don’t know is a very difficult situation. Negative thoughts seem to be a universal problem in today’s society due to the pressure of difficult times.
During difficult times worry can overtake anyone. For example, when a loved one is in the hospital, all that is going through the families brain is,”Will she be okay? Is she suffering?”. Worry can overtake anyone because their brain is running situations good and bad through their mind and they are trying to figure out the outcome. In addition, when people lose their job and can’t afford their home and food they think, “What am I going to do? How am I going to feed my family?” Not knowing what to do can be very stressful having to live in the unknown is just as bad. Worry is natural to the brain it can help and it can hurt.
” I made it through!” After each difficult situation you tend to feel a heavy load lifted from your shoulders. Difficult times can affect people by causing negative thoughts and by causing worry.
